These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the techietank.ca website operated by TechieTank Services Limited ("TechieTank", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms apply to your use of the website only. Any consulting, managed services, or talent engagement we provide is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement, statement of work, or placement agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails for the services it covers. Nothing on this website is an offer to enter into a contract or a commitment to provide services.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

You may use the site for lawful purposes and to learn about and contact us regarding our services. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by introducing malware or placing unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the site by automated means without our written permission.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish our content except as expressly permitted.
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization.

The site and all content on it, including text, graphics, logos, the TechieTank name and mark, layout, and design, are owned by or licensed to TechieTank and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view and use the site for your own information and to evaluate working with us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. Information you submit through the site is not treated as confidential, except for personal information, which we handle under our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to you. You confirm that anything you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

The site may contain links to websites and resources operated by others. We provide these for convenience and do not endorse or take responsibility for their content, products, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechieTank and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information. By using the site, you consent to those practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms, and you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent, and we may assign them as part of a business transfer. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website.
